Advanced Clinical Massage (ACMT)

I have had a chronic shoulder condition for over a year and after only 3 sessions with Casey my range of movement, pain and function have improved tremendously. I would recommend her to anyone! Thank you!

This modality of massage is a based around a structured series of treatments designed to deliver measurable improvements within six sessions.

Each plan is bespoke and tailored to your needs and delivered in a warm and compassionate way.

I have treated clients with a wide range of pain conditions ranging from

Low Back Pain

Neck Pain

Frozen Shoulder

Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI)

Migraines, Knee Pain

Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

Soft Tissue Injuries

Fibromyalgia

Plantar Fasciitis

Stress

Symptoms of the above often reflect underlying dysfunction or imbalance within the body.

This therapy employs a combination of evidence-based techniques—including stretching, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, deep and soft tissue manipulation, and Amma fusion—applied in a personalised and integrative manner. The objective is to reduce pain, enhance range of motion, improve posture, and promote relaxation and stress reduction.

While regular massage therapy sessions can provide significant symptomatic relief and improve quality of life, it is also important to recognise that this modality is supportive and not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.
