I'm thrilled to share something I've been quietly building behind the scenes.

a little peace CIC is now officially registered as a community interest company — and it's one of the most meaningful things I've done alongside Revive.

The mission is simple: to bring the healing benefits of massage and mindful self-care and connection to people who need it most — particularly unpaid carers and those on a low income in our community. After my 16-week research project — which showed a 50% reduction in stress for carers — I knew this work had to go further.

a little peace CIC will exist to make that happen. Through workshops, community partnerships, and accessible wellbeing support, we're building something that goes beyond the treatment room

— ensuring that quality care isn't a luxury reserved for the few.
